Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will leave Beijing for Copenhagen this afternoon. The Chinese Foreign Ministry says Wen Jiabao will deliver a speech at the high-level segment of the conference, to elaborate on the Chinese government's stance and measures on combating climate change.

He will also conduct a number of bilateral talks on the sidelines of the conference.

The Ministry also reiterates that China looks forward to a constructive result from the conference.
